...an intense week of non-partisan leadership, government, and patriotism.
Delegates study the government of Oklahoma through classroom work and various simulations including a mock legislature, state executive offices, a court system, a Leadership Academy, a Law School for lawyers, judges, and law enforcement officers, and an Emergency Management/Response school where delegates learn how communities and the state respond to crisis.
As a "leadership laboratory", Boys State also challenges delegates to grow and develop through a variety of athletic, academic, and eSports competitions.
The program is non-partisan and non-political in every sense. Staff come from every walk of life and every political ideology.
